REPERTOIRE REQUIREMENTS

There are no repertoire requirements other than the music must be original – no arrangements or simplifications are permitted. Pianists must perform from memory except one recital at noon which is dedicated to adults and students who would use music during the recital. Each performer is limited to a maximum of 6 minutes. If the piece is longer than 6 minutes, please consult the event chair, Jaejin Lee (jaejinleepf@gmail.com)

ACCOMPANYING SERVICE FOR INSTRUMENTALISTS

If your student/s requires an accompanist, you may either provide one yourself or request one of ours. The fee will be determined by the level of the piece and amount of rehearsal time needed starting at $10. This includes one 15 minute rehearsal and the performance. Additional rehearsals will be charged at the accompanist’s discretion.

To hire an accompanist, please contact Rie Matsumoto (nysmtadistrict4@gmail.com) in order to coordinate for a rehearsal.

PAYMENTS

IMPORTANT: All applications and payments must come directly from the teacher. No payments from parents will be accepted.
Please list the names of the students in the MESSAGE box at the bottom of the form.
Please consolidate all student fees into one payment on PayPal or Zelle.
